Adults and adolescents (16 years or older) who struggle with mood disorder, anxiety, prior adverse trauma and/or addiction can find treatment here. I have been in the field of mental health and addiction counseling since 2004. I utilize a Client Centered Strength Based approach, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic theory to support client's progress in treatment.
I offer free consultations via phone or in person to clarify if my services can be helpful, as well as to help a client determine if I am an appropriate fit to support their success. I have varied clinical experience from residential settings to community mental health to jail based behavioral services.
