Hello, I am an experienced professional Psychotherapist trained in Brainspotting Phase 2, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Brainspotting locates points in the visual field that help to access trauma, anxiety, depression or behavioral problems that are held in the subcortical brain. This therapy allows the brain to process from the inside out and from the bottom up. This helps client's breakthrough into whole new levels of performing, healing, and wellbeing.
My counseling style is warm, patient, and person centered. I embody a core value of treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My counseling approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanism, Ancient Philosophy, Positive Psychology, and Rational Emotive Therapy.
