Unfortunately that leaves many of us turning to anger and vices (gambling, drinking, sex, drugs). This only leaves you feeling temporarily soothed but even worse about yourself in the long run. And you get trapped in what seems like a never ending cycle of self-hate and self-medicating. I promise this cycle can stop and I am here to help! I specialize in working with clients self-medicating with vices and am ready to help you take back control of your life.

In my 18 years of practice, I have learned to build strong working relationships with my clients, where I can provide honest feedback. I do not hold back in therapy and we dive deep into relationships, past trauma and anything that may be keeping you stuck. If you are ready to really do the hard work to heal, I can't wait to meet with you.
