My approach is personal, nonjudgmental, positive with an emphasis on reducing suffering and enhancing personal happiness.
I work a holistic approach to problem-solving and life enhancement while reducing overall suffering. I encourage my clients to look at their issues through various lenses, including cognitive behavioral, buddhist, emotionally based and stoic perspectives among others. I encourage acceptance of self, others and life as a path to peace.
