As a therapist I have worked in both inpatient & outpatient settings & have treated a full spectrum of populations. My primary focus is on adults & I specialize in marital & family therapy. However, I am also an experienced children's play therapist & I see clients of all ages. I describe my approach as relational & prescriptive, which means I get to know you & your goals & customize my approach to help you meet them.
Relationships are my passion. I believe relationships are the source of our happiest moments in life as well as our most painful. Therefore, our goal is to help you develop healthy & happy relationships. I am Gottman trained & have over 20 years of experience doing marital & family counseling.
