Hi, my name is Courtnie! I have a passion to provide therapy for people working through anxiety, trauma, depression, and everyday obstacles that may be hard to navigate. I am a person who believes that we all have different experiences that make us into the person we are, making each of us unique and different.
My goal is to provide treatment that is person-centered and that is tailored to your personal needs and preferences. You know yourself best and are ultimately the expert of your own treatment. My role in treatment is provide a safe affirming space for you to be able to process your experiences and I will have the tools for you when you are ready.
Therapy can be a scary process and taking the first step to seek a provider is already an amazing achievement. I provide individual therapy for people 18 or older, sessions can be either in person or via Telehealth.
