No matter how together we appear on the outside, life can feel overwhelming and exhausting if we're hurting on the inside. Challenging circumstances can take us to the edge of our ability to cope, and major life transitions such as the illness/loss of a loved one, trauma, beginning a new phase of life, or changes at home and/or work often leave us feeling full of fear and out of control. Therapy helps you adjust to your situation by teaching you new skills and gaining alternative perspectives.
My practice is committed to helping adults with anxiety/depression, grief/loss, health concerns, and challenges within relationships. My compassionate and conversational style provide a comfortable environment to process the issues you're struggling with. I work from a Cognitive-Behavioral and Strengths-Based foundation and focus on the power of resilience.
