My approach to therapy is tailored to and shaped by each client I encounter. I appreciate the uniqueness and complexity of each client’s inner world, as well as the inherent dilemmas of being human. I strive to meet you where you are, just as you are, and join with you as an ally in your healing process. My aim is to encourage your movement toward self-acceptance and wholeness. I will team up with you in exploring and addressing outdated, unhelpful patterns with compassion and curiosity so that you can ultimately move out of merely 'reacting' to life and step into a life aligned with your values and highest self.
I apply a blended approach to therapy, based on the specific needs and presentation of each case. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as indicated. I also specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
