I have received additional training in working with individuals that have experienced Trauma and Complex Trauma, Grief and Loss, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and ADHD.
My approach to therapy is primarily focused on the importance of the therapeutic relationship where integrative models blend together, tailored to meet your individual needs. I strive to support clients through a lens of empathy and attunement these two factors are integral to healthy therapy.
