I can assure you our sessions will be as real as it gets! I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for. We'll work on building trust and a sense of safety, using open communication and humor to figure out how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge, so you can live the life you've been wanting.
Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships (with ourselves and others), hold grudges, let our past control us, or feel anxious or depressed all the time. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and other systems techniques to help build up those attachments to your self and others, allowing for deeper connections in your world.
