As a therapist, I provide a safe place for my clients to process difficult experiences, have meaningful conversations, and learn new ways to express their feelings.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my children, taking my dogs on walks, crafting, spending time outside, traveling, cooking, & baking.
