I specialize in PTSD, complex trauma, family violence, sexual assault, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, self-esteem, suicidal ideations, intergenerational family trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Among my work with a multitude of diverse populations, I have experience working with first responders and military veterans.
I am trained in many therapeutic modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
