I am specialized in treating anxiety, depression, & bipolar/borderline personality disorder. My ideal client would look for a non-judgmental and safe environment where they can find comfort in knowing that someone is ready to listen and provide support and validation. Someone who needs a clinician to assist them in processing their thoughts and feelings. Goals may vary according to the client, but I am here to help who I can!
I can help clients through listening and helping them gain a sense of safety and trust. By allowing the client to share their story, exposing self to the memories and emotions while practicing relaxation skills as needed. We will work with psychoeducation on trauma, PTSD/anxiety, Raising self-awareness regarding triggers & body reactions.
