Welcome! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience in assisting clients navigate grief, loss, life changes, and feelings of anxiety. As a therapist, my goals are to help individuals navigate a space where they are free to be the people they hope to be and can take that confidence and care back to the world. Starting therapy can be hard and I hope to walk with clients in their process to build on upon their innate strengths and provide a therapeutic partnership where they can face the struggles life brings.
