We often find ourselves struggling to cope when our world gets turned upside down – by the death of a loved one, loss of relationships or stability, or changes in health. Individual counseling may help you not only cope with life stressors but adapt successfully to them. My approach to counseling is rooted in non-judgment and genuine interest in my clients. I view counseling’s central work as learning to approach oneself with curiosity and compassion rather than criticism.

I've been a counselor supporting individuals ages 5-99 in various environments. As a hospice grief counselor, I specialize in the topics of grief and loss, including grief complications. I provide a structured CBT-based treatment approach to anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have a particular interest in supporting clients in the recovery community.
