While I see individuals struggling with a wide variety of issues, including those dealing with everyday stress and anxiety, I specialize in working with people who have experienced dysfunctional childhoods, PTSD/cPTSD/trauma, and subsequent shame. I enjoy supporting neurodivergent (ADHD/Autism), LGBTQIA+, and Polyamory/Consensual Non-Monogamamy individuals.
One of the things I enjoy most about my work is helping to instill a sense of autonomy and agency in others, aiding you in learning to embrace yourself and your intuition.
