As a clinician, I am focused on working with individuals and families to ensure our work together feels effective. I am dedicated to assisting clients in the process of change, healing and growth. I practice goal-focused and collaborative therapy, to assist you or your child with life challenges and emotional distress.
Whether you are looking to address anxiety, depression, stress or trauma, I can assist in navigating the path towards relief and happiness. I currently utilize EMDR and CBT techniques to support clients in meeting their goals. I believe that therapy is an opportunity for self-exploration and I strive to provide a supportive atmosphere for clients to do so.
