I can help as you are trying to sort through past or present stressors that are impacting your well- being and support you as you incorporate your therapy work into your life. I have experience with teens & adults on a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders. I help examine how thought patterns influence behaviors and navigate how to use this information to change or improve your daily life! My office is conveniently located for clients in both NC and SC.
