I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to continually educate myself on trauma, codependency, amongst other topics but those two the most. I will work with you to build off your strengths by meeting you where you are at in order to work towards being the best version of yourself. Whether it be life transitions, your identity, struggling with intense emotions or wanting to work through trauma, I will support you all the way.
I use EMDR commonly to help people work through traumas and/or deeply held negative self beliefs. I will also use other trauma focused approaches alongside EMDR such as IFS. These approaches can also be helpful in other topics of focus beyond trauma as well.
