I am well-versed in addressing the unique challenges that individuals with complex trauma face from interpersonal violence, narcissistic abuse, and childhood trauma including symptoms of complex PTSD (C-PTSD), anxiety, and depression. Together, we will identify tools to work towards building resilience, ultimately promoting improved well-being.
Through collaboration, we will create a safe space where you can gain insight, heal from past wounds, and achieve personal growth and fulfillment. I integrate interventions from many models based on the personal goals of each client. I am also trained in evidence-based trauma-focused treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure.
