My goal is to help you heal from the wounds of the past and develop the tools to you need to become the best version of yourself today. I tailor my therapeutic approach to best support your needs. I primarily draw from CBT, IFS, EFT and EMDR to help my clients recover from emotions created by trauma, depression and anxiety.
