As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals see beyond the all or nothing perspective to embrace the rich colors that life offers. My goal is to guide individuals in rediscovering the vibrancy of life, offering a safe environment filled with unconditional empathy and care. Drawing from the transformative power of art and talk therapy, I aim to facilitate healing and growth, modeling for my client authentic curiousity and compassionate acceptance for the journey to healing.
I recognize that every person carries their own set of strengths, values, and experiences, and I am committed to meeting clients wherever they are on their journey, honoring their individualistic needs. Clients are empowered to discover new insights, build a deeper self compassion and flow with, not against, life's transitions.
My passion is working with children, teens, and their parents. I have worked in school, counseling and home settings with ADHD, Austism, behavioral modification, emotional disregulation, anxiety, social skills and relationships. Using art, play, talk, and creative therapies allows my clients to enjoy tackle even the difficult parts of therapy.
