Hello and welcome! I help folks increase mindful wellbeing in every day life. You might find yourself struggling with: Challenges at home or at work. Codependent relationships and people pleasing. Career dissatisfaction. Concerns with executive functioning and motivation. Burnout. (Just to name a few...) Through positive psychology interventions, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness, our work will help you access solutions to these challenges: improve mood and patterns of self-talk, increase meaning and a sense of purpose, strengthen relationships, and embrace the present moment as you move toward a flourishing future.
Positive psychology is an active, forward-looking approach that seeks to increase positive emotion, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, and a sense of accomplishment in your life. By integrating mindfulness and CBT you will also build skills for grounding, emotional regulation, stress reduction, a kinder inner-voice, and self-compassion.
Many of us are struggling in every day life, and I believe that most of us are doing (more than) ok on any given day! This framework doesn't ask "what's wrong" with you or look to "fix" you. Our work will fortify your wellbeing and care of self. It seeks to build up - the foundation beneath and the resources around you - to not only survive, but to thrive.

Currently taking applications for small couples' coaching group beginning Summer 2023 in Stone Ridge! Couples group coaching is best fit for couples who have more good days than bad, who function well together most days, and who are seeking greater connection and the skills to limit codependent behaviors. Groups will be limited to no more than 3-4 couples. Learning modules focus on attachment styles, nervous system regulation, boundary setting, and effective communication. Attendance is required at all sessions by both members of the couple. Couples can be at any stage of their relationship. All genders and sexualities are welcome.

Whether you are a new practitioner seeking the basics, or an experienced meditator seeking community, this group will have something to offer you.
