I specialize in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, and body image problems. I am a registered drama therapist and a certified eating disorders specialist. I have extensive experience collaborating with other treatment professionals to set up an individualized treatment plan to support recovery.
I use a relational and psychodynamic approach within a creative frame to help clients set realistic goals and work toward change.
