I am passionate about helping people find a sense of happiness, authenticity and confidence. Are you having difficulty deciding what comes next in your life, maybe going through some big life transitions? Are you exploring who you are and on a journey of self-discovery? Do you doubt yourself, struggle with boundaries or imposter syndrome? I would love to help you find your inner strength and build the skills you need to feel confident and self-assured. I have been in the field almost ten years, and am experienced in working with anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, and whole body healing.
I like to look at healing as an integration between your mind, body, and spirit. I typically vacillate between ACT, CBT, and NLP, as well as EARP for anxiety disorders and CFT for self-esteem. I also implement Somatic therapy-teaching you that healing begins first in the body.
I am a "hands on" therapist who will often give you feedback along with new tools and techniques to further help you on your journey. My goal is to help you on your path to self-discovery.
