Hi there. I have been counseling for the past 10 years and love helping adults struggling with substance use, depression, trauma, and anxiety. I seek to help empower the mind and heal the heart to experience freedom from burdens. Whether your goal is to reduce substance use, stop completely, or receive freedom from mental health struggles I have strategies to help you.
As a trained and licensed therapist I offer multiple treatment modalities to assist. I will use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT techniques, and combinations of these. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to decrease the heavy emotion associated with traumas and phobias.
