Courtney specializes in Mental Health and Nutrition to help clients improve brain and gut health, as well as spiritual and somatic tools for supporting the mind and body. As an integrative practitioner, Courtney helps clients learn how to support their bodies to manage stress, overcome barriers that our minds put around us to prevent us from changing, and find spiritual tools that support spiritual growth and development.
I have a diverse background and have worked with many different types of clients ranging from children to adults. I specialize in supporting those with a history of trauma as a person with lived experience. I help others learn to live and grow through anxiety and depression. I offer clients a unique, spiritual focus to build new coping skills.
I believe that people are the experts in their own lives. My job is not to "fix" clients, but to help them build the skills they need to "fix" themselves. I have never met a client who was not capable of creating the life that they want with the right tools. I help my clients find those right tools so they can thrive in their lives.
