I am a LPC with significant experience and training in complex trauma, crisis, substance abuse or dependency, sexual abuse, family violence and/or dysfunction, and mental health symptoms or diagnoses.
I am a fully trained EMDR Therapist and utilize Adaptive Information Processing Theory in addition to Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques to create a welcoming and collaborative counseling experience for my clients.
