He extends a warm welcome to adults, couples, and children who are seeking professional support in their journey of aiming up.
The tragic irrationalities of life must sometimes be counterbalanced by an equally irrational commitment to the goodness of Being. Inspired to help others work hard, Bronson believes we can all cultivate a courageous and creative capacity to withstand life’s challenges. Ideally, we can achieve this without becoming corrupt or succumbing to world-weariness, through discovering our own adaptive yet personalized solutions to hardship. While we might not encounter any less tragedy on our road to self-excellency, we can be granted the power to be less overcome by it.

In all my work, I strive to create a collaborative relationship where clients feel heard and valued.
Counseling is a wonderful step toward desired change, and it can also be a bit daunting at first. That's why I take time to form the therapeutic relationship at a pace that is comfortable for you. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other various presenting problems. I am especially passionate about helping clients with relationship issues. We often engage in patterns that leave us feeling isolated or frustrated in our relationships. Learning new ways to tune into ourselves and our partner can help ease feelings of distress and improve connectedness.

I believe that therapy is a way for individuals, families, and couples to express deep feelings without judgement or bias.
We all seek out for help for different reasons. For many of us, we reach out becuase of events that happen in life that steer us away from our values. I view my job as a therapist as being a helper to find your core values again. My therapy modalities focus on couples, individual work, and families. Each of these are something that I put into practice daily in the therapy room. Taking the step to seek treatment is not easy however I feel very honored to be apart of that journey. If you decide to schedule an appointment I will provide a safe supportive place to grow and find your deepest values.

Couples Counseling Therapists

Does couples counseling work?

Research shows that couples counseling is effective; it can reduce relationship distress and improve emotional awareness, communication, empathy, intimacy, and overall relationship satisfaction. For example, emotionally focused therapy was found to be effective for about 75 percent of couples, and those benefits lasted at least two years.

When should a couple seek counseling?

Couples can benefit from counseling if they consistently struggle in their relationship. They may have lost the ability to communicate effectively, become entrenched in harmful patterns, begun to fight more than usual, broken the other’s trust, suffered from a mental or physical illness, or faced any number of other challenges. Many therapists offer free consultations, so if a couple isn’t sure whether therapy is necessary, asking directly can provide clarity.

How can I get my partner to go to couples therapy?

The decision to seek couples therapy is often driven by one partner, who then convinces the other to participate. When discussing the idea, the initiator should be direct and assertive. They can state the problems they see and explain how the relationship would benefit from therapy. In more serious cases, they can also explain how their relationship may suffer without making any changes or seeking professional help.

How does a couple prepare for couples counseling?

The anticipation of beginning couples counseling can be difficult—sometimes more difficult than the first session itself. Taking a few moments to reflect can allay those concerns: What are the current challenges? When and how did they begin? What do they want the relationship to look like in the future? Reflecting on these questions can help individuals or couples articulate their goals. Of course, the therapist will also ask questions and guide couples through the process.
