I am committed to helping others heal from this trauma and and in building a new story for their family. I am an ally of the LGBTQ2+ community and work to educate and support the unique challenges in infertility and family planning for all people.

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, trauma, and grief. I have extensive knowledge in working with children, adolescents, adults and families and treat a full spectrum of mental health issues. I specialize in depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD/ADD, Asperger's, behavioral issues in children, parenting, relationship issues, infertility and reproductive health issues. I also assist individuals coping with ADHD, self esteem issues, learning healthy life skills, utilizing effective problem solving skills, and developing relaxation skills. I also work with induvials coping with situational events, and loss.
