Hold Me Tight: Couples Workshop

Next workshop July 23-24, 2016. The weekend workshop is for couples who wish to resolve difficulties and deepen their emotional connection with each other. The Hold Me Tight educational program based on principles of EFT and the book Hold Me Tight by Sue Johnson. The program has been effective in helping couples from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and orientations and is being offered around the world. The workshop allows couples to learn effective skills and practice them privately with their partners. No group disclosure of personal details is required.
