Hello! I am Casey Henneke, MA, LPC. Over the past 8 years I have worked in a variety of settings, gaining experience and knowledge in mental and behavioral health. While working with children struggling with behavior, I saw the stress, overwhelm, and fatigue on each parents' face. Knowing what that weight feels like myself, I decided to change my focus from kids to parents. I strive to create a warm, comfortable connection with parents to provide them with a safe space to heal, learn, and grow so that they can feel self-assured and optimistic about their future.
My approach is solution focused, client centered, and collaborative. We will work together and explore connections between feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, develop mindfulness, coping strategies, and communication skills. We will discuss your specific goals and make an effective plan to get us there! Lets work together to create your happy!
