I provide Individual and Family therapy for adults and adolescents with mental health and/or other relationship/emotional/behavioral concerns (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss). Every client and family is unique. I tailor my approach to the needs of each client. You are the expert on you!
I focus on evidence-based approaches and am committed to implementing the highest level of care based on continued education in best practices. I often work through an Internal Family Systems perspective with a focus on helping you find your unique and inspired path to healing and transformation.
