Struggling with the aftermath of betrayal, abandonment, abuse, or neglect? Feeling disconnected from your partner? Using ways of coping with difficult emotions and it leading to more stress and problems in your life? Finding it difficult to feel committed to your current relationship or like something is getting in the way of escaping out of a toxic relationship? Questioning your parenting of your struggling teenager? Have a teen experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or self harm? I have experience addressing these issues in private and residential treatment settings working with teens, adults, couples, and families.
With 10 plus years of experience in the mental health field I have a diverse skill set and can offer some of the most sought after therapeutic modalities such as DBT, EFT, and EMDR. I graduated with a degree in advanced studies of marriage and family therapy from Arizona State University. I believe healthy connection is key to most presenting problems.
My role as a therapist is to provide evidence based practices, while making sure your treatment experience stays client centered. You can expect me to thoroughly explore the root cause of your presenting issues by being curious and asking questions. I look forward to learning about you and answering any questions related to what your therapy process will be.
