Thank you for visiting here. I'm a therapist with over 25 years experience helping people create change in their lives. Sometimes the change occurs in learning how to manage mood disorders, like anxiety, panic or depression. Other times the change occurs in learning new skills to improve relationships as a partner, parent or employee.
People come to therapy when things are not working well for them. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to see patterns and expectations that may be keeping them from feeling joy and personal satisfaction in their lives. With compassion and evidence-based practice, I help people find solutions and create the changes they seek.
I have helped people create change in adolescent group homes, community mental health and hospitals. I have a passion for providing women postpartum support and parent education. I've been trained by Postpartum Support International to care for women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I consider it a privilege to work with each client.
