My life's work is to help those struggling to feel happy, whole, purposeful and worthwhile. Anyone in need of someone to truly see them, hear them and help them balance acceptance of what is and also support them in making those changes to attain a vivid life that feels worth living.
I earned my license working in community mental health where my client-base faced with the daily challenges of living coupled with significant socio-economic pressures. My goal is to anchor a safe space for clients to express, experience and attend to areas of acceptance or change, healing and growth, self-acceptance and love.
