Overcoming Codependency
Codependency is defined as "A type of dysfunctional helping relationship where one person supports or enables another person's drug addiction, alcoholism, gambling addiction, poor mental health, immaturity, irresponsibility, or under-achievement". Group therapy assures that you are not alone and that other individuals share similar problems and struggles. Here you will develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues guided by a professional MHCI. Sharing one's experiences with others with similar problems is often itself therapeutic. Commit to your change and growth.

Anger Management Skills Group
This weekly group is specifically geared toward teaching new anger management techniques and strategies that have been proven to be effective. The group is both psycho-educational and psychotherapeutic (all group members have the opportunity to discuss their own real-life situations while gaining valuable insight into the role that they play). Much of the group's focus is on improving relationships with friends, family members, romantic partners, and co-workers, and also reducing feelings of anger toward oneself and toward others while driving, in crowds, etc. Commit to your well being and call me 786-856-6156.
