I am a trauma informed therapist that specializes in working with basically anything and everything trauma. That also includes day to day life transitions.. anxiety, depression. All of the things! Let’s make this a well rounded space and explore what’s going on with you.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and to be there for when people need it or just need someone to talk through life with. I offer a safe and inclusive space for all, including neurodivergence and the LGBTQIA+ community.
