I am a trauma informed therapist that specializes in working with PTSD, LGBTQIA+, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Anxiety. Although these are my specialties, that does not limit my insight. I take a very direct approach without being harsh or critical. When you come in my door (physically or virtually), you are taking the first step towards healing.
I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and to be there for when people need it or just need someone to talk through life with.
