For years we often hold ourselves prisoner, allow me the privilege to assist with developing personal insight into past traumas and future successes. By developing the capacity to live in the moment, we tap into our 5 senses and allow ourselves to truly live in the moment free of our past or future.
I have been practicing in the field since 2014, beginning in Norfolk, VA and now in Williamsburg, VA. I have worked with several populations to include: addiction, adults, adolescence, depression, families, couples, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and borderline personality disorder. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
You can take a perfectly "normal" person and make them think about their past and you will create a depressed person and you can take a perfectly "normal" person and make them think about their future and you will create an anxious person.
