As a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring over 18 years of passionate experience to my work in helping clients truly heal. I've been a musician for over half of my life, and have performed locally and nationally, which has provided me with a genuine ability to connect with clients through creativity, depth, and authenticity. I truly love working with adults, young adults, and teens through the process of change. I have extensive experience in the substance use/addiction field, as well as mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, coping with life transitions, etc.
I enjoy working with substance use and behavioral addictions, men's issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, the LGBTQIA+ community, Rural Mental Health, and various life transitions. My experience as a musician, as well as my growing up on a farm provides a unique perspective to clients from all different walks of life.
I'm currently offering in person sessions in Madison, as well as telehealth sessions. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship and to work through whatever challenges or transitions you may be experiencing. I will be present, empathetic, and sincere in my work with you.
