My goal and commitment is to work alongside you to help you heal, accomplish your goals, and help you discover your unique self. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in Social Work and have a Dispute Resolution Certificate from Boise State University. Currently, I am working on my Gottman level two certification. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions including VR Therapy, to best serve you and others as we are all incredibly unique.
I provide services to individuals, couples, and families. Currently, I work with those who are in their adolescent years up into adulthood. My passion is helping others achieve their life goals by utilizing a non-judgmental, empathic, and supportive environment that fosters a safe and strong therapeutic relationship.
