I would like to help you find the solutions you seek in order to achieve your best life. I have worked over the past decade helping others deal with addiction and mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, relationships, and trauma.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Certified Addiction Professional and EMDRIA approved trained EMDR therapist. EMDR is a proven effective treatment for trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but it is also a way to process unresolved negative emotions and thoughts in order to find inner peace.
You are your own expert, already possessing the answers you seek within you. I work from a strength-based perspective focusing on cognition and solution-seeking. NewPerspective Recovery Support
This group provides cognitive and behavioral interventions and techniques to help strengthen and support your recovery process. This is a great way to supplement existing programs such as AA or NA, individual therapy, or as a primary form of treatment. We work with the courts in compliance with probation and DUI requirements. Sunday (in-person) 3:30pm-4:30pm, call for more information and availability.
