I work with children, adolescents, and adults seeking therapeutic treatment and psychological evaluations. The goal of treatment is to assist the individual in actualizing their potential through a strengths-based approach to cognitive behavioral techniques. In addition to individual therapy, I am also able to offer diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing as a means to understand complex issues and formulate the most appropriate treatment plan for each individual.
I have extensive experience working with individuals using various evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address varying symptoms related to developmental disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma.
