I work with most ages (4+) with a variety of issues. I am a registered play therapist which requires specialized training in Play Therapy at the National level. I work with children as well as adults to tackle anxiety and phobias, grief and loss, trauma, depression, social skills difficulties, problems with family relationships, and coping with big life changes like coping with divorce or a recent move.
I enjoy helping others reach their full potential by gaining courage and confidence while learning ways to overcome the obstacles life can bring. My goal is to support my clients through a difficult time, help them to have hope, and tap into their inner resilience.
