She/her: Life can be hard. Having good support during hard times can help transform challenges into moments of growth. Difficulties can make us think that something is wrong with us, when really all we need is compassion and understanding- ideally from ourselves. I enjoy working with self-growth, depression, anxiety, trauma, birth-related trauma, sexual assault, accidents, ancestral trauma, and racialized trauma. The work I do is guided by a deep belief in humanity and in our inherent goodness. My experience as a therapist has strengthen my belief in our innate capacity to heal.
I offer a holistic approach to working with the body, spirit, and mind. I provide Somatic Experiencing, parts work, self-compassion based interventions, trauma-informed touch therapy, craniosacral therapy, Inner Family Constellations, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy from a mindfulness-based, decolonial perspective.
It is okay for things to be tough right now. It doesn't mean that anything is wrong with you. It just means that they are hard- and they will get better, even if it takes time.
