I am clinically trained in Psychodynamic, Somatic, and Experiential approaches to therapy, including Hakomi, Gestalt, Sensorimotor, and Clairvoyant psychotherapy. With my extensive certifications in trauma-conscious yoga therapy, somatic movement, herbalism, dance, & mindfulness, I offer holistic healing with a direct understanding of artists and creatives.
I use a supportive, heart-centered, antiracism lens rooted in energy work and body-based approaches to healing. I am a women’s circle facilitator and member. Rebuilding Resilience Women's Group
This group is a blend of interpersonal processing and trauma-healing with a focus on people who are particularly looking to learn more about how relational trauma (family adversity, break-ups, divorce, separation, harmful relationships of all kinds) impacts their wellbeing and their relationship to themselves and others. By building connections and community with other people living with similar challenges we will enhance our emotional and spiritual resilience and learn self-regulation skills; thereby making the change we want in our lives more possible and manageable.
