I specialize in working with adults with childhood trauma, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), disordered eating, and binge eating. I work from a parts work, somatic, and nervous system informed lens with my clients, and I also utilize intuitive eating and weight neutral approaches.
As a fellow childhood trauma survivor, and as someone who also struggled with food and body image, I get it. It can feel so frustrating to waste so much time being stuck in a trigger, questioning if that part of us is a personality trait or a trauma response, and trying every diet out there to just still end up back in the same place - hating our body!
I know it feels crappy right now, but I want you to know that it CAN get better. In my work with clients, I combine both my professional expertise and lived experience to support them in their healing.
