My ideal clients are those that are navigating adulting, career/work, and relationships and trying to thrive while managing it all. I tell clients to come as you are, just don't come naked, lol. I want clients to show up as their authentic selves in order to be authentic in their healing journey.
My sweet spot is working with young adults and adults navigating adulting, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. But most importantly cultivating a health relationship with themselves, because we are the one thing that shows up in every area of our lives.
