I believe the therapeutic relationship is one if the most important components of creating effective therapy. I use a client centered approach tailoring sessions to the unique needs, interests, and situations of each individual. I engage clients through the Creative Arts, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Play, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness Based therapies.
